the pool area was a highlight, with plentiful seating in the garden. i found the hotel's proximity to the metro quite convenient. i also appreciated the lists of nearby bars and restaurants i received. the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly during the hot weather we had.
i thought the marble floor in the bathroom could benefit from better cleaning and polishing. this is just a minor detail, of course.

The location was quiet. I found it a short walk to the city centre. The room was very comfortable. It was also quiet. The swimming POOL and well-equipped gym were a real bonus.
The air conditioning in my room kept switching off. This resulted in a hot room.

The staff was VERY friendly. They were helpful with all our requests. The breakfast service seemed very efficient with attention to providing gluten and lactose-free options. The personnel addressed all dietary needs diligently.
